We take the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer accounts and integration workloads seriously. This page summarizes our approach. It is not a contractual guarantee of uninterrupted security.
Organization
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel
- Privileged actions are logged where supported by our platforms
- Vendors are selected for appropriate security and confidentiality terms
Application and access control
- Authenticated admin areas require login; optional email OTP may be enabled
- HTTPS is used for web traffic to our applications
- Credentials for Shopify and other integrations are stored and transmitted for service operation only
Infrastructure and data
- Hosting and database services are provided by professional providers
- Backups and recovery practices are used for operational continuity
- Operational logs support incident diagnosis and abuse investigation
Customer responsibilities
- Protect account passwords and email inboxes used for OTP
- Provision Shopify and Orgill credentials with least privilege where possible
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
