Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service. You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following.
1. Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity, fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits minors
- Malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or disruption of systems
- Infringement of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations
- Spam, deceptive marketing, or violation of our Anti-Spam Policy
- Resale of Services without our written permission
- Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Use of another party’s Orgill or Shopify credentials without authorization
2. Store and catalog content
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of products, descriptions, pricing, and inventory published to your store through the Services. Do not sync or publish products that are unlawful to sell in your jurisdiction.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove access, suspend accounts, and report activity to authorities when appropriate. We may refuse or terminate Services for AUP breaches.
4. Reporting
Report violations to accounts@myshop53.com or via our Abuse Policy contacts.
