Anti-Spam Policy
MyShop Services and customers using our communication features must follow permission-based messaging practices. This Policy supplements our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Requirements
- Send commercial email only to recipients who opted in or with whom you have a legitimate business relationship permitted by law
- Do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists for outreach through our systems
- Use accurate sender identity and subject lines; do not spoof headers
- Provide a working unsubscribe or opt-out for marketing messages
- Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
Our own communications
We may send service, billing, security, and (where permitted) product emails related to your account. Transactional notices required to operate the Services are not optional.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension of messaging features or account termination. Report spam concerns to accounts@myshop53.com.
