Refund Policy

We aim to deliver reliable Orgill-to-Shopify integration Services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply. It is part of our commercial terms with you.

Trials and evaluations

Where a free trial or evaluation period is offered, it is intended to let you assess fit before paid billing begins. Trial terms, if any, are stated in your order or proposal.

Subscription fees

Unless an order form states otherwise:

  • Cancellation within 10 days of paid activation may qualify for a full refund of that period’s subscription fee
  • Cancellation after 10 days is generally non-refundable for the then-current billing period
  • If we permanently remove material paid functionality available at signup and cannot restore a reasonable equivalent, we may offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a prepaid term

Setup and professional services

One-time setup, configuration, or custom development fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless your written order states a different arrangement.

Exceptions

No refund is due when an account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms, Acceptable Use, Abuse, or Anti-Spam policies, or for non-payment.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable, typically within five (5) working days after approval, subject to payment-provider timelines.
